How quickly can I get my order?

When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 3-5 days. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery. We will contact you should there be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on backorder or refund you. Please contact us to discuss quotes for oversize delivery outside the UK.

Will my parcel be insured?

Yes it will. Please note that if your order was not delivered, or was delivered faulty, it is covered and will be replaced.
